## Separate rail: standard x402 v2 on Solana (live; fee collected in-transaction)

- This sidecar also settles standard x402 v2 exact payments on Solana mainnet (solana:5eykt4UsFv8P8NJdTREpY1vzqKqZKvdp), native Circle USDC (EPjFWdd5AufqSSqeM2qN1xzybapC8G4wEGGkZwyTDt1v).
- Solana facilitator fee: flat 0.005 USDC per settlement (5000 atomic), charged from the first settlement with no free-settlement allowance (owner-set 2026-11-02) — different from the XRPL merchant tariff above, which is accrued and not yet collected.
- The payer pays the fee inside the same signed transaction as a separate SPL transfer to the fee recipient Hv4cEGpyyNJDvxvgBb3C8GkcwtouF1qUfPT13innuXty, declared in the payment requirements extra (facilitatorFee / facilitatorFeeRecipient); /verify rejects a missing, mis-addressed, or under-amount fee leg. The merchant amount is never reduced by the fee.

## Separate rail: standard x402 v2 on Xahau (live; settlement-proven, SELF-PROOF)

- This sidecar also implements standard x402 v2 exact payments on the Xahau network (xrpl:21337, NetworkID 21337), native XAH, over the JSON-RPC endpoint https://xahau.network.
- Xahau facilitator fee: flat 0.01 XAH per settlement (10000 drops) on third-party routes, with no free-settlement allowance (owner-set 2026-10-31, the main 402Proof service XAHAU_FEE model). The payer pays it as a second signed native Payment to the fee recipient rEmdJWrAWFtud1vFN8Zm8eWkgK4AVMWPiX, carried in the payment payload as feeTxBlob and bound by memo; /verify rejects a missing, mis-addressed, under-amount, wrongly-bound, or wrongly-sequenced fee leg. Payments to the fee recipient itself (SML own routes) are exempt and carry no fee leg. The merchant amount is never reduced by the fee.
- Settlement status: SETTLEMENT-PROVEN (SELF-PROOF) 2026-11-02.
